The National Maritime Museum in Falmouth is an independent charitable trust. Unlike other national museums they receive no direct government support, their existence hinges on revenue made from visitor numbers. They achieve this by delivering on their mission; to promote an understanding of boats and their place in people’s lives, and the UK’s maritime heritage, and doing this in a human-centred way.
We started working with the museum in 2017, with a brand audit and evolution. We continue to work closely with NMMC across all brand communications, safeguarding the future of this important cultural institution by keeping visitors informed, engaged and eager to return.
